Someone should tell jagaban. Mallam no dey vote for outside. They'd all travel home once the election is approaching, to vote based on their leaders' instructions and he'd not know whom they voted. He's just wasting his time and money. They see elections as carnivals and that's why they keep saying they're more than us in population cos south hardly votes. This would be the first time the south would take election matter seriously. I had a friend who had collected pvc since 1999 but has never voted . He said he collected it in case the fed govt wishes to make it mandatory before collection of some vital documents like international passport. He's voting for the first time next month. Guess who's voting ?
