Bros you just agreed to what I just said na. I said they work from 8am-9pm. And also it is those ones that have extra workers or plenty workers that does shift, hence the reason for the day off. The ones I have seen don't take any day off. They work from Monday to Sunday.

Well, i dint wanna be talking here most time bcuz many people just talk anyhow on this platform. Your comment may be right but totally wrong for me! I opened my shop in 2018, recruited some guys, and gave them a clear warning ⚠️, once i see my workers playing bet in my shop, his or her work end that day bcuz there's not way such worker can save and have a better life. Now since den i have sent away 4 guys and keep 4 to my team! My shop is not big like those agents i met on ground but with the little skills i learnt in sch Abt managing biz, my salary is the best u can find here, i give Dem extra money for feeding daily, give them money for airtime, weekly and also give them bonus money on play station game . The final one, i recruited more than numbers i needed at a time and they rotate duty, so in a week, u rest twice, and on Sunday during church hours. With these i have rest of mind. They save most of there money with me, some are in higher institution now, with the money they gather while working with me! The last one that joined is having 210k with me now. I gave them 50k each in December as bonus! So it depends on your mindset . U can't work with me if u dint have a goal to achieve!

If u dey smoke, dey drink alcohol, and all those nonsense things, i will never employ u. I want a set of guys when DEA family see me, they will appreciate my effort on them. Meaning i only recruit people i can open up to. I see them as family, all of them have password to my manager acct! And when they needed to check credit alert, i drop my phone with Dem and check alert even when am not with my phone. Funniest! They can all unlock my phone's! It is the lesson u give. I order them to close in my shop once is 9pm. Den i get to my house 9:30 or 9:45 daily. Nomata how! Even if we still have customers Infront of us, we close once is 9pm. I have d control of my shop, even when customer complain, i let them know that those pressing the laptop are also human

That's y if u have once be a customer to me, no condition can make me employ u. Bcuz there's no way u won't play and the money u spend will b unlimited since u see extra on your cashier. So giving them orientation is the key! But i recruited among coolest guys and fresh brain in town.

The salary isnt the catch but the change u going to be getting..if you very fast in playing virtual games,you can be getting from 2-5k per day from change
E.g a customer plays virtual game which is been played every minute and he wins 580 naira..u don't give him 580 naira but 500 naira and 80 is yours...now imagine getting this little change throughout the day,it's yours apart from ur salary
