Court of Appeal, Port Harcourt Division, today adjourned the appeal filed by the PDP challenging the Judgment of the Federal High Court which delivered Judgment in favour of APC National Assembly Candidates in Rivers State. The matter was adjourned when the lawyer formerly representing PDP Emmanuel Ukala represented by Dike Udenna announced to the court that they have been debriefed by his client in a letter before the court.

Subsequently, Usman Johnson Esq, announced his appearance and told the court, that he was briefed by the National Legal Adviser of PDP, HENCE he have come to take over the appeal. The Appeal was adjourned to enable the new lawyer to study the file.

It was also observed, that PDP National Legal Adviser, have debriefed Ukala SAN on all matters relating to PDP he is handling.

Unknown governor was romancing PDP, delegates multiple press releases from Bayo, Keyamo and FFK. Someone says Abad thing about Atiku, praised to the heavens. Someone dare says a bad thing about Tinubu, even with evidence, called names and hanged.

Saraki was already Senate President, what will they have done? Nothing. He was in firm control of the Governor of his State, his Ward, his State, loyal members of the NA. What APC did was the only choice they had at the time and they executed same well.
