If you think rivers is like Lagos where the landlord controls his tenants,you better wake up!! Wike was a bad administrator, no single employment or enticement for civil servants. People really suffered hence no one will listen to him.
Even the governorship election is not going to be easy 4 him. He only wants to deliver 25% for tinubu which will still be difficult 4 him.
