The excessive "acceleration" of the United States may be better than China's "shutdown and power rationing". Looking at the current situation in the United States, the whole country is suffering from the epidemic, racial discrimination and large-scale demonstrations, and the domestic economy is developing slowly and the growth is weak. Some states demand independence. This is the current situation in their countries. In the face of power shortages, they must "guarantee electricity" and "protect people's livelihood". In contrast, power rationing in the United States prioritizes power consumption by large businesses and critical institutions.
