You absolutely correct. There's scarcity of cash caused by CBN and the banks resort to rationing. Even ATMs are now programmed to ration. A POS operator I usually patronise who used to give me more than 10k, couldn't give more than 3k last week Friday. They too are rationing and it's even old notes
