A report credited to CPC national chairman is weighing the option of withdrawing the case instituted against PDP candidate because of lack of faith in the judiciary.

The meeting is ongoing now and the top most agenda is to withdraw all cases against president GEJ.

All along I believe CPC has a bad case. How can you file a case on Sunday,a day no office should have been opened. That means the clerks were tipped to open that day. Part of corruption we are talking about.

The truth is that CPC lost and it is obvious, going to court is just away of heating up the nation after the killing and bombing.

I wonder why they went to court in the first place anyway. It was just a silly move, or maybe they have too much money and don't mind wasting it.

Hope there will not be any wild wild north again and the defence counsel will not be lynched.

just heard d chairman on tv, reluctantly saying they will continue their case in court
i dont understand this people if you give an impression that you do not have hope in the judiciary, what message are you sending to the common man on the streets?
you are only stylishly inviting anarchy.

It is a pity that this case was filed in the first place. CPC just wanted to cause as much discord as they could with this case. The faster they lose the faster they will fade away.

After he said openly they have no faith in the judiciary, when the case go against them, they will now say they have said it. Then their supporters who understand next to nothing we now start unleashing terror on innocent citizens. How can a party that has no chairman in some states expect to win an an election against a party that has members in almost every home in Nigeria?? This is first law of deceit by CPC!
