My brother in-law paid 800k for 20M. It became avenue for making personal money to Bank managers and their staffs. Emefiele was right when he said Banks are refusing to give out the new notes, that's because they sell it to the highest bidders and thereby the common masses do not have access to just 10k. It saddens me that giant of Africa has been reduced to what it is today due to greediness and selfishness of everyone in one top position or the other
