Emefiele was right when he said Banks are refusing to give out the new notes, that's because they sell it to the highest bidders and thereby the common masses do not have access to just 10k. It saddens me that giant of Africa has been reduced to what it is today due to greediness and selfishness of everyone in one top position or the other

They have senators and reps whose job is to go after the presidency if they make life hard for the people but those ones are busy fighting to get money they can use to buy votes again. You are telling me that someone will be given 2million Naira new currency and it will not be documented? Then what is the essence of the redesign policy if not to know what, where, who and how monies came to be in one's possession.
