Pauldollars: You can be a voter without being partisan. In fact, most voters in every country are nonpartisan. They are just performing their civic duties. In many countries, soldiers/policemen vote a day before the election because it would be impossible for them to vote on election day while they are on duty. |

DannyWalker: In countries that I know, everyone votes, whether you are policeman or a soldier. Since policemen are usually on duty on election day, they cast their own votes a day before election. But I don't know about Nigeria. |
