Helpfromabove1: We are talking about the integrity of the system. We are tired of the party in power rigging the elections and then dare everyone else to go to court. Where the rigger will be installed in power and then given state resources to bribe his way through the courts. Its the same court that made the person who came forth governor of a state. The same court said non serialisation of voters sheet is valid in an election, that serialisation is not necessary for the election to be valid. And that is the court you want Nigerians to trust. BVAS and IReV was supposed to eliminate all these shenanigans, but it seems you guys want to continue performing the same tricks over and over against no minding what Nigerians think. |

Helpfromabove1: Was it not BVAS and IReV that gave Soludo victory and legitimacy? Did anyone challenge Soludo's victory? Why can't you guys demand the same for your principal? If BVAS and IReV showed Tinubu won, everyone will be against Labour if the challenge the results. |

Unfortunately, Lp won LAGOS the strongest based of BAT was the result uploaded on Bvas?, you accepted that results. The same INEC process that made PDP won Osun no demand for cancellation of the results . The election act doesn't mandate INEC to upload results on Bvas ,very optional, All the results have been signed by party agent and they have copies. Complile all the copies of the results and write petition to INEC legal department and if INEC can't defend it, go to the tribunal, at Buhari went to the tribunal 4 times before he became President. |

My problem with INec is that why would you make a rule before the election that once votes are counted, the results will be uploaded on the server in realtime. That was supposed to be the rule. No excuses,. But now they went to hide under ",technical difficulties" and what not to use as excuse for not upholding their rule. Of course this will put doubts in people's mind as the results from the polling units are not tallying with what INec is presenting to us. Honestly and this reason isn't farfetched at all. Many of us have gone behind to collect money, car, contract, promises and sold our conscience and integrity. We are messing up badly in Nigeria. I predicted all this would happen before the election, and it's already happening. It's so sad. Some people want to chop alone, not minding if the next door neighbour have had anything. As long as you are Satisfied, every other person can go to blazes. This mentality is what has brought us to a brink of war. We are this close to a revolution. Professor Mahmood of INec wants to leave a bad legacy behind because of sentiment. He should have learnt from Professor Jega in 2015. |

Shame on INEC after collecting billions of TAX payers money to automate the electorate process through the use of BVAS and automatic transmission to the SERVER you came up with excuses on the most crucial moment to saw there was a technical glitch after initially uploading the senatorial election, the presidential election you refuse to upload to same server, then you change password, and finally you resorted to the same old method of manual collation. So why collect huge tax payer money to automate a fail process. INEC should be ashamed of their failure and should be probe for the huge money collected to deployed a failed automated process. 1 Like |

Lifestone:Based on INEC's doctored result, APC scored 27% in Abuja. The election result will be contested in court. It was massively rigged. From Ekiti to Rivers to Lagos, Imo, Ebonyi, Edo, Borno, Akwa Ibom, etc |

Re: Labour Party Rejects Collation Of Results Of Presidential Election by GambaOsaka: 5:35pm On Feb 27, 2023 |
IFSHR: Obviously there is a hiccup with transmission of the results to the server. Let every party compare the results of INEC with the one they obtained from their agents, compare these results and raise objections if there are discrepancies. None of the parties are showing this, which implies that they are not seeing any differences. Everyone is aggrieved that the servers malfunctioned , whether it was deliberate or not, I donโt know. But comparing figures of your agents with what INEC is presenting. Simple. |

GambaOsaka: Isn't that what they are saying that what the inec is calling in Abuja didn't correlate with their owned results ...or is it the underscoring of candidate going on all over the country that isn't obvious.....inec had 4years to prepare....just like the world cup ....this performance by inec is shambolic and a disgrace.....regardless of who dey announce |
