Ned Nwoko Wins Delta North Senatorial Seat by Antoeni(m): 6:04pm On Feb 27, 2023

Hon Ned Nwoko of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has been declared Senator-elect for Delta North.

The Returning Officer, Dr. Josephine Okeakwa, who declared the result at Oshimili South LGA, said Nwoko polled 92, 514 votes from the nine local government areas of Delta North to defeat his closest rival, Mr Kennedy Kamma, of the Labour Party (LP) who garnered 86,121 votes.

Congress(APC) placed third with 36,816 votes

The PDP candidate won in Aniocha North, Ika North East, Ndokwa East, Ndokwa West and Ukwuani LGA’s, while the Labour Party won in Aniocha South, Ika South, Oshimili North and Oshimili South, which turned in 30,993 votes for the party out of the 46,591 votes cast in the LGA.

Lucky.

LP for governorship.

PDP has been uprooted, not by APC, but by the structureless LP. Certainly Omo Agege and Sheriff will return home. Ibori's influence is destroyed. Okowa will return to Agbor. All of them retired by LP/youths.

Eyes opened. LP represents the people and the power of the people. LP represents NO SHISHI. OBidients are not influenced by stolen wealth. Victory is attained on clean slates. Now they know that OBidients are not noise makers. They are not social media winners.

A structureless party has become a nightmare to the powers of the land. A structureless party will rub shoulders with "structured" parties at the 9th national assembly. We have senators and representatives.

Now to take the state assemblies. OBidients please use your votes correctly. Therein lie your power.

Obi carries glory. All the candidates needed were flyers. All the needed was proof to the downpressed Nigerians that they have integrity.

Success awaits in the states.
