Okay let's assume he is right that electronic transmission of result is not in the electoral act, BUT THOSE RESULTS FROM THE UNITS WHICH WERE PHOTOGRAPHED BY VOTERS ARE ELIGIBLE COURT EVIDENCE. Especially because they contain signatories of the party agents whose signatures are also present in the uploaded ones. So the fraud by INEC here is that more 70% of these uploaded results were adulterated or overwritten on when INEC OFFICIALS tried to change them. No judge will overlook that.

So the crime is not that they were uploaded electronically, but that the originals were overwritten on and people have photo proof all over the country

We don't even need to go to law school to see this one. No angle of argument can save apc
APC why una dey panic grin.?

Don't even reply that rubber stamp fool. INEC said the results will be sent directly from each polling unit to server through BVAS, the reason Mr Rubber stamp and his colleagues approved 300 billion Naira for INEC. They used BVAS in Ekiti and Osun to transmit results from each polling unit. When it came to the Presidential Elections, they changed mouth despite being included in election guidelines.

Satan self dey fear this people.

In fact by his statement, it means ekiti and Osun governorship elections in which results were uploaded electronically are all null and void. And that all results for the APC in this presidential election that were uploaded electronically are also null and void.
