Even the people that ought to be joyful are all quiet. I understand it's a delicate moment of our history as a nation.

But we can almost feel the celebration that would have cut across the whole nation if things were different as people wanted.

Hmm. Whatever happens now... I think we the people won. For once, the people's impact and ability to decide their leaders was obvious.

The labour of our heroes past,
Shall never be in vain.
