The person that was declared winner, did he really win 25% of the votes in 24 states and FCT? Did he really get 8 million votes, or was he awarded those? Were votes subtracted from Obi and given to him? Did results emerge on INEC server on areas where election was not conducted and result sheets signed by party agents?

All regions are disputed. I've seen results in Some Bauchi unit, but the announced result for the whole LGA had less votes for LP than that polling unit.

We're talking of a total scrutiny here.
