Truly speaking, students loan is the main reason why the US owes that much. (Only those who get jobs after school pay back their loans, those who cant get jobs after about 4 years, the govt write off their debt.)... And Tinubu is planning to implement same here.

Allah you don't have sense. First of all what is the proportion of the GDP that is debt? Nigeria's is almost 80% which is a disaster. These countries the debt is a low percentage of their GDP. Again their debt portfolio is easily traded as debt securities of which they have a high rating from the rating agencies. Nigeria's financial instruments not debt securities oooo, are already in junk status by the rating agencies. Also our debt is only for consumption and not for production so there is no payback period for those debts. If the debt was used for projects that can pay itself at least there is a payback period.
