With the way APC and PDP governors and Assembly candidates are begging ELUPEE and Obiduents, is it not obvious that PO won?

Noone is begging Sowore or Adewale. Not even Kwankwasiya.

You may hide the truth for a while, but not forever. We are reclaiming our mandate. Even the learned justices of the Supreme Court would unanimously accede to this because noone want to be the black sheep to our democracy, except the son of perdition, Mahmood Yakubu.
