I'm new to the forum and I wanted to thank Djosmanzw for their comprehensive guide on the pros and cons of a vegan diet. It's definitely something I'm considering but I'm still trying to learn more about the potential drawbacks. Does anyone have any advice or tips they can share? Also, I read that getting enough protein can be a challenge with a vegan diet. Have you tried purchasing protein in bulk? I heard Z Natural Foods has a great selection of vegan protein powders. Has anyone else tried it? I want to start exercising more intensely and it might help me a lot.
