I am sorry if I were there when this man said I am sorry, I could have committed a crime against him. A lady in the bus said they told him to wait for the train to pass. It pains me deep to heart if I warn a person against something and the person does contrary with serious consequences and the person beg me. If not demonic stubbornness why can you listen?

The sad reality is that no punitive action against this driver would serve as a deterrent to others because they are almost always under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
