Bashir, the son of Kaduna State Governor Nasir el-Rufai, has suggested that Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike could be the savior of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Bashir’s comments came after Wike and the PDP leadership clashed following Wike’s loss in the party’s presidential primaries.
