^Chai, that na semi-ukodo Unripe plantain pepper soup(Ukodo) makes a lot of sense when its prepared with fish as opposed to meats. When its done and ready to eat, remove and serve the plantains on a separate plate, sprinkle small red oil on top the plantain for special effects. Then the pepper soup and fish on another plate. Munch a plantain, Sip a little soup, break a little fish.Oil meets water. The best supper. 1 Like |
