Why will okowa take 100 billion naira loan to build leisure park and flyover?

How is the flyover and leisure park supposed to generate the revenue to repay the loan.

You have even said the repayment will be from revenue to be received from the federal government, you already agreed that the so called projects the money was spent on can not repay the loan.

That is at best misappropriation of funds and okowa that made the request and sheriff that approved the request are culpable.

I wish delta people can vote out the PDP on Saturday. Okowa wants sheriff as governor just to cover his misdeeds.

At the bolded, I wasn't a fan of odidigboyibo as governor, but looking at his successors, I cannot agree more that he was the best of the three PDP governors. But he let us down big time. You can tell a lot about a leader by his ability to manage succession planning. And his successors have been woeful. Imagine that Delta State under Ibori had setup and started implementing a 25 year rapid development plan for Delta State. We would be miles ahead of were we currently are.
