I've been hearing about making calls with an iPad without Skype . I just saw and made phone with a 3G. IPad right now without Internet just like and iPhone. Please can anybody enlighten me on how I can love-vendor my iPad2 for such function? . |

First you need to jailbreak the iPad then download an app call phoneitipad but unfortunately, it currently doesn't support iPad 2 and 3, It works only on the iPad 1. |
