According to INEC..
Once the Presiding Officer finished announcing the Results to the hearing of everyone, he should enter the figures inside the Results Sheet, stamp and sign it, and let party agents that are present to sign the sheet too.

Then, he should open the Electronic Transmission portal on the BVAS, and use his own hands to enter the votes that were scored by the parties into the portal in front of everyone present (in front of party agents and voters), and then send.

This manually-entered results that got transmitted by the Presiding Officer would be gathered inside the CSRVS System for immediate automatic online Collation.

Then after the transmission of the results, he should take a picture of the same signed and stamped result-sheet, and then upload the photos to the IREV Portal for people to view.

The results that are on the IREV are not collated.

The CSRVS has the results inside them already collated.

See, there's no way you can stop manipulations in elections. The last USA elections was E-vote, yet many many ghost voters. They ensure they banned Trump on social media so he won't be able to reveal things largely..

MOF, the easiest elections to manipulate are the ones electronic. Israel or Russia hackers can create ghost voters, any numbers you want , so long you can pay.

The best manipulators always win! You wanna win? Re-strategize!

This bvas system is easy but Nigeria govt is just making things hard.

The just concluded election has two main issues and if these issues are resolved Nigeria election will be closed to perfect.


1. inec staff Refusing to upload the results to irev at the polling units.

2. Going to their office for collation.

First of all the collation should be done automatically using strong network like starlink.

Bvas should be able to scan the results, extract the figures, send the figures to irev while irev do the calculation automatically, ours is just to vote and monitor irev real time.
(There are powerful apps that can snac and extract figures from papers or one could be built just for inec)

Secondly after bvas has scan and extracted the figures from the resultsheet, the inec staff should still snap the results and upload on irev immediately.

All this should be done right at the polling units, thats why I suggested that a strong network like starlink should be used.

After that every one goes home and monitor irev.

No need for collation.
