FYI, Tinubu has been compensated with Lagos, but you see Aso rock, he won't be there. Unfortunately, for you guys, there are "tons" of evidence that will nail Tinubu.

Some of you are saying that Supreme court will be afraid of the consequences of rulling against Tinubu. Lol, wake up because nothing will happen. Even his agberos can't do anything.

Once the supreme court announces that Peter Obi is the actual winner of the election, there would be massive jubilation and people will hit the streets all over the country. Even Tinubu's agberos will be so overwhelmed that they will just hide.

Atiku's withdrawal from the case now makes it very easy for the judges.

Even Ngige has warned you guys not to underestimate Obi but obviously, you people didn't heed his advise. Ask those that know Obi, he hates waste. If Obi isn't convinced that he has a very strong case, he would have withdrawn just like Atiku did.

Again, his words during a recent interview shows how optimistic he is. Obi stated and I quote "... There is no way they (the judges) will rule that APC won the election, if they do that it can only mean that Nigeria is a criminal state....".

So, when I see you Tinubu supporters lamenting over Obi, I understand the fear, anxiety and foreboding deep within your souls.

The fight is not against Tinubu .. it's also against Atiku ..lol u have too much time on Ur hand .. and Tinubu will not die .. take it to the bank .. because you are not God

Point of correction, Atiku did not withdraw his case against Tinubu.

Peter Obi has remained a nightmare to Tinubu and his men. Ironically, Tinubu is the one that is supposed to have won and Obi the loser but while Obi has remained at peace, Tinubu and his men are still restless.

When they were brazenly rigging the election, these people mocked Obi and Nigerians, and derisively asked them to go to court. They obviously took Obi's humility for timidity but unknown to them, Obi is a fearless fighter. Today, Obi has began his journey towards reclaiming his stolen mandate and Tinubu's supporters are already crying blood.

Now, the first question is, if you guys are confident that Tinubu won the election, why all these lamentations?

Curiously, out of Peter Obi's prayers at the Tribunal, he NEVER claimed to have won the presidential election and be declared the winner rather he is:

Claiming that Tinubu is not qualified
That the court should order a fresh election in which Tinubu won't participate.

He is wasting his time and feeding his gullible supporters false hope just like IPOB kept on promising them Biafra will come every 3months.

This thread is supposed to give evidence of how Obi will win his case in court but all I’ve seen from the OP is Tinubu this, Tinubu that Bala Bala bulu.

Tinubu is busy preparing to takeover on May 29th while Peter Obi has been running around media houses trying to convince whoever cares to listen that he won the election. We saw Obi running from pillar to post before the governorship election and the end of the day, LP has only won one state so far.

So, how’s Tinubu your problem? Can’t you guys face your lying scoundrel call Obi and leave Tinubu out of your misery?

Courts can NOT give you what you don't ask for.

Peter Obi knew he didn't win the presidential election and NEVER mentioned any mandate in his petition, rather he is calling for a fresh election in which Tinubu won't participate... indirectly, he doesn't want a strong contender

Tinubu didn't even know whether Obi is still alive. You carry matter go court , you are still saying the person on whose matter you couldn't focus on anything else is restless. Isn't that mental disorder? Tinubu that is gathering momentum to hit the ground running.

What you don't know is that should anything change, the candidate that came second would first be considered before the one that rigged an entire region only to come distant third for his spurious effort.

What is your definition of lamentations?
Obi is the one that has been running from one point to another , claiming that the election was rigged.
Have you seen any where Tinubu or his men are worried or running here and there?

You people are comedians. 😁

You have taken a biased view, believing that Obi won the election. This is, in fact, the problem with all of you. You controlled the narrative that Obi was the most popular, forgetting that he didn't even have the constitutional spread to win a national election. I remembered some Nairalanders from the North saying Obi was virtually nonexistent in the North, but they were mocked. Another mistake you all made was allowing presidential polls mislead you into believing that a Peter Obi victory was the only possible outcome. These polls made you forgo the numbers in the North. Also, at a point in your electioneering, you focused more on Lagos, took SS as already in the bag, and failed to establish real presence there.

Like I mentioned earlier, this is the problem with you people. Even before the election, you were driven by miscalculations. One miscalculation was concluding that the whole youth population was for Labour Party forgetting that APC has solid youth structures in every state of the federation. Some of the mumu Obidients were converting 30 million youth votes as Labour Party votes, failing to account for other factors. That is why everyone knew that you people would struggle to accept defeat even if the defeat is glaring.

Atiku's withdrawal from the case does not erase his participation history in the election. It doesn't erase the fact that Obi has to prove that he bettered Atiku, before even trying to prove that he won the election. His third position already puts him in a difficult position, because he has to prove that he beat the two candidates who finished ahead of him.

First of all, anyone who truly understands the Obidient mob would know that this case is beyond Obi. He is afraid of the mob that he himself created and nurtured. Obi knows he has no case, that was why he said he was not challenging the outcome, but the process. If you are not concerned about the outcome, then why are you going to court? The only process he has an issue with is that transmission of results issue. According to the electoral act, there is a clause that allows INEC decide the process to follow. Transmission can be manual or electronic (the Act was not specific).

In fact, Obi's only problem is that INEC failed to upload results on the INEC portal in real time. Will the court cancel the election based on this frivolous case? Of course not, especially since the more major criteria were met. The BVAS was used, results were transmitted (even if manually), and BAT fulfilled the constitutional spread and the majority votes to be declared winner.

He is just playing to the gallery. And it is also an inciteful statement, creating a bias in the mind of his supporters. Now, if they lose their case, the Obidients will think Nigeria is a criminal state even if Obi's case is too watery, like Atiku's case was in 2019.

Which Tinubu supporter has been lamenting over Obi?

You all like to create wishes in your heads.

Obi himself already indirectly admitted that the outcome did not bother him. His argument is that the failure to transmit election in real time provided room for fraud. He does not have evidence of fraud, only that there could have been fraud.

The man is in court because he is afraid of backing down because of the Obidient mob he created.

Ogbeni olaniyi, now you have seen Obi's case files and how it's going to nail Tinubu, are you still confident about all these you wrote here grin grin

Chai, you are handicapped by lack of comprehension. Please go back and read the petition, this time more slowly.

Peter Obi emphasized on INEC irregularities, not obeying its own law, disqualification of both Tinubu and Shettima etc.

Cry rivers. . . What is this one saying, as dumb as your Obi! Was the irregularities used to favour Tinubu alone or were the elections conducted under different conditions in all states? Infact, your Obidient can challenge the governorship elections as well, ode.
