according to Section 137 (e) of the 1999 Constitution as amended, a presidential candidate can be disqualified if within a period of less than 10 years before the date of the election to the office of the president, he was convicted and sentenced for an offence involving dishonesty or found guilty of violating the code of conduct. These guys keep deceiving themselves and giving themselves false hope with part E of Section 137 of the 1999 Constitution. But Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar are not trying to nail Thiefñúbû with Part E . They know that Drugnubu's case happened more than 25 years ago. They are trying to use Part D of Section 137 of the 1999 Constitution to nail Thiefñúbû down.. That Part D does not carry a time limit for any conviction or Offence.. "It states clearly that if you have paid a fine for being dishonest, you are not qualified to run for the office of President of Nigeria" Part E of that Section of the Constitution does not in any way nullify Part D of the same Section of the Constitution... If you were dishonest and have been fined or you have forfeited money or properties because of your dishonest dealings, YOU ARE NOT FIT TO RUN AS PRESIDENT OF NIGERIA... So Thiefñúbû's candidacy was a sham... The certificate he collected from INEC remains a Dud check... The APC never had a legitimate candidate for the Presidential Election... Nigerians should brace up for another Election. A Notorious Drug Baron cannot rule a country that is plagued with Crimes and Notorious Atrocities... So many people were wondering why Mohammadu Buhari was very hesitant to support Thiefñúbû.... It was because Buhari had gotten Intel about the dubious past of Drugnubu.. The man had been warned that even if he wastes his energy and campaign for Thiefñúbû, the Opposition will surely go to the courts, bring up the issue of his dirty past and whatever victory that he may claim at the polls will be short lived. Mohammadu Buhari was warned by a Well seasoned SAN, in the person of Yemi Osibanjo... Yemi Osibanjo was the former Lagos State Attorney General under Drugnubu and the man knows all the Dirty Smelling Skeletons in Thiefñúbû's cupboard... Buhari was warned... That was why he was 2 steps behind during the campaign season... The Time has come for the Time Bomb to explode and Thiefñúbû and his Urchiñs cannot escape the the massive explosive Revelations about the Dirty past of Drugnubu... The Stolen Mandate must be returned Power to the People 3 Likes |
