Your suggestion is good but the challenge there is that kids and most adolescents will not be counted.

If you are an Igbo in Lagos State make sure you don't get counted. Drag you whole family in and lock the gate. E get why?

. This Census will be electronical, hence u can be counted for Enugu as an Enugu indigen while you are at Abuja.
