I have not bothered to research the history of INEC's perchant for disobeying court orders. . . .a real proof that democracy died a long time ago in Nigeria. But, in 2023, I have cause to examine the working of INEC as not so INDEPENDENT.

It is because of the kind of people that run the affairs of this country. The ruling party has always used it as a tool to inflict it's own person. So any opposition that comes it way is thwarted, hence them doing anyhow.
