Aminat Tajudeen, a 100-level student of the Kwara State College of Education fell and died while hearing a lecture in class.

The incident apparently occurred on April 12, 2023, a day before the school's matriculation ceremony for incoming freshman.


Reportedly excited about Thursday's matriculation ceremony, the victim had just returned to class after picking up her gown earlier in the day.


The late Aminat was brought to the school clinic after she abruptly slumped during a lecture, according to a senior member of the school's staff who commented on the matter on the condition of anonymity.
