Projects abandoned while Niger Delta oil money is used in building SW and North. At least SE got second Niger bridge

While Oil accounts for about 90% of our forex earnings, it is not up to 10% of the National revenue.

So not all government expenditure is from Oil proceeds.

As of 2022, 80% of government revenue was from oil.

Olodo, what's the difference between forex earning and national revenue? You mixed up things. Oil account lower percentage of GDP. Also note that Agriculture (North) is first while trading (Igbos) is second contributors to GDP. The manufacturing in the SW doesn't even contribute much and done by non indegenous persons
