If the REC is not empowered to declare her as governor, how then is the declaration of effect? It means that you or anyone can declare Binani as the winner and the declaration must stay.

No fingers to cross here. We must get to the point in our democracy where illegality must be called by its name only. The act was illegal and must not be allowed to stand.

Yakubu destroyed free, fair and credible election with all the huge resources at his disposal, posterity will not be kind to him and his generations until he embarks on restitution as all I foresee for him is a perpetual anguish. I pray to God to forgive him but that will only be possible if he restitutes.
