Also, under the international law of UNCLOS, section 125, Nigeria cannot prevent Biafra from access to sea

When the person which year are doing with does not even have a brain and illiteracy is his problem look at Ethiopia it is landlocked and it has the biggest hydro power dam in Africa with a output of more than Nigeria 5000 megawatt. Don't worry on that river the biggest dam in Africa can be built 20000 megawatt generating power
