For This Present Moment....
The Electoral Act can further be modified (or be amended) to accommodate “Instant Onsite Realtime Transmission Of Results From the various Polling-units DIRECTLY TO THE INEC’S COLLATION SERVER”,, And then, “Instant Realtime Collation of the Results that were transmitted from the various Polling-units to the INEC’s Collation Server”.
We don't have any problems with that for now..
We can cope with that for the moment.

But in the future, any further modifications to the electoral process which do NOT consider the inclusion of “Remote Realtime Voting, Transmission, and Collation” is tantamount to an anti-people electoral process.

_______
**(Let me explain further)*

Even though the current Electoral Act clearly supports the onsite paper voting option *(with no provision for any onsite realtime electronic voting options), and the Act also supports onsite transmission of the polling-units results (which the Electoral Act clearly specified must happen onsite at the Polling-units, but it didn't clearly specify the “Destination” of the Transmitted Results, neither did it clearly specify whether the transmission must be instant or delayed; -- Even though the Act implied that the transmission should be realtime and instant, since it intended for those same transmitted results to have necessarily been completed, and to compulsorily be used for LATER verification purposes by the Collation Officers.)..

But in the future, in addition to the “Instant Onsite Realtime Transmission And Collation Of Results” for those who would prefer to do the Onsite BVAS-Accreditation and Paper-Voting; the National Assembly should modify and OVERHAUL the Electoral Act in such a way that additional provisions would be made in the electoral process, such that the “Remote Realtime Voting, Transmission, And Collation” would also be included for those who would want to vote using the Off-site Electronic Voting Options.

This will minimize the possibility of such remote voters from coming in contact with persons who are there to carry out acts of electoral violence. It will also minimize vote buying, since the remote voters are no more in contact with the so-called vote buyers.

In order to achieve a very transparent Remote Voting System, the Electoral Act should specifically advocate for a “One-Voter-Per-Device Voting Software Or App”, where a Voter can only be logged-in and synchronized in only ONE DEVICE AT A TIME.
Multiple Logins should not be allowed on such voting software or app, and also, fresh logging-in on any appointed Election Day should be totally disabled.

And most importantly, only voters who had earlier logged-in before the election day can be allowed to be accredited and to vote on the Particular Devices which they had logged-in to (while the device camera continues to do a realtime video capturing of the face of the voter while the voting process goes on).

Thus, the Software or App should not allow “Third-party Voting” by persons whose details were not logged-in and synchronized on the logged-in voter’s device.

Voters who couldn't successfully get themselves logged-in to the voting software or app in any of their devices would now have to go to the Polling-units on the election day in order to vote, either by opting for the INEC’s Onsite Realtime Electronic Voting Machine which can take multiple voters at a time, or by opting for the BVAS Accreditation and Paper-Voting, after which vote-counting and instant transmission to the central collation system would be carried out.

The INEC’s Polling-units Officials Can print out the polling-unit results-lager -- which contains all the votes that concerned the particular Polling-unit which include: (a) the BVAS-transmitted results, (b) the votes that were transmitted through the INEC’s onsite realtime electronic voting machine, and then, (c) all the remote votes that were casted by remote voters who registered their polling-units as the particular polling-unit in question.

The Party-agents should also sign and collect the signed and endorsed copies of the printed polling-unit results-lager.

The newly modified Electoral Act should also clearly indicate that all the transmitted and collated results should be MADE AVAILABLE on the INEC’s Website within 7-days after the final results are announced by the INEC.

Since 1999 when democracy returned back to Nigeria, this year 2023 election is the fairest in terms of rigging. It would be hypocrital to be expecting 100% free, fair and credible election in Nigeria when there are loopholes in the electoral act.

It should have been made mandatory for election results to be transmitted to INEC in real time which they can also relay on Irev in real time.

The results announced at the polling units should have been the final results which would be transmitted to INEC national collating center.

Election should have been shifted to early January in order to accommodate the petitions which should be resolved before the inauguration day. Election was annulled in Kenya but when they went back to court, they still met the required date before the Inauguration.

Those are some of the issues I raised before the election but the oppositions were jonzing with no clue

You're very correct in all your submissions.

The one I highlighted in RED is just the main issue that needed more fine-tuning.

Like in those days, Garfield1 was trying to let me know that the Electoral Act still had a lot of flaws littered all over it.
But I responded to him then, that we had to use the act the way it is,, and enter the election first,, and then test it first-hand and experience the faults in practical terms..

After that, the NASS can then do better fine-tuning of the Electoral Act., and to even make it more advanced.
