I personally, pity nigerians let just look at, our selves in the Mirror, and ask ourself are we getting anybetter in this country, many have perished just to make this country presentable and cherishable, can we come as a nation, and aks our selves where, tribalism is taking us to?

iRev or no IRev, the major issue in that case was over-voting and that's totally wrong. Allowing over-voting to continue means allowing INEC to negatively influence the process.

The judiciary should start calling for a rerun in places where there's over-voting so know the true winners of guber elections. Where this may not apply is in presidential elections.

Congratulations to Adeleke. I hope stakeholders learn from all this.

Since the BVAS is the foundation of the Appellant
s' case, failure to produce the BVAS was fatal...

Adeleke ought not to have even defended any of the allegations of Oyetola because they are based on hear say.

INEC regulations does not provide for transportation of accredited voters to the database except snapped pictures of results for form Ec8A to the IREV - Court holds

Supreme Court adopts BVAS as the primary source, exhibit BVR by Oyetola dismissed.

BVAS does not operate in isolation of voters register , therefore voters register is relevant to the conduct of election. - Supreme Court holds
Adeleke's qualification was long settled - Supreme Court



All five grounds resolved in favour of the Respondent, Appeal hereby dismissed.

The judgement far as information available shows was based on the Bvas,so why is Peterside now bringing irev into it.

There's nothing like over voting with BVAS cos it's only names of registered voters on the BVAS that are allowed to vote. So if there was any manipulated over voting you simply refer to the valid voters on the Voters register in that unit and do away with those not on the list./BVAS

If the tribunal remove all the altered results in the presidential election Tinubu will come 4th behind Kwankwaso.
Its good that the yeye CJN Justice Tanko who brought Technicalities into our law instead of common sense is gone. A new Nigeria is POssible this is why they are scared of live broadcast
