The ministry of works under the leadership of Fashola has done a great job on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway. The people of the south west are not complaining at all. We are happy with the quality of work done on the road. Whatever that is left will be corrected and completed before the end of next month and that’s cool by us. So, keep your wailing to the east.

What do you mean that people of south west are not complaining? We're seriously complaining. Lagos-Ibadan is not the only major road in south west, what about Ibadan-Ilesha, Ilesha-Ekiti, Owo-Okene, Ibadan/Ogbomosho-Ilorin, Ishagamu-Ore. Please say what you know.

He started it, used it as a campaign propaganda against G. E. J, has visited the area severally, yet his 8yrs as minister, the road is not nearing completion in the next 1yr.
In my views, Fashola is a massive failure in his ministry.

India just created a record of constructing a 100KM road in 100 hours.

It’s safe to say that the world has left us behind. It will take us atleast 50years to catch up with the likes of India

India built a 16.6km road in 100 hours not 100km.

They calculated it per lane which means 1 lane is 1km.. the Indian express way is a 6 lane express way.

Which means 1km of 6 lanes is calculated as 6km that means

100km divided by 6km ( 1km per lane ) = 16.6km.

The length of the Indian express way is 16km. They only used 100km for hype and propaganda..

Its a good achievement..

Lagos - Ibadan is 128km long not 16km and at least 10 lanes wide.

Using The Indian method of 1km per lane then 10 lanes is equal to 10km. Its a 128km road that means 1,280km has to be constructed to complete Lagos-ibadan express way.

16.6km in 4 days.
1280km will be built in 80 days.
