5. Chime (He had a good first term but I heard that he stopped caring after he won his 2nd term)
6. Uduaghan (I see he has some good projects that he is working on

Please rephrase your question to "who are the worst Governors in Nigeria?"

I will certainly tell you my State Governor, Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi.
I guess his supporters are blind to the fact that there is no security in Rivers State, people are being kidnapped on a daily basis and the media have being instructed not to announce anything concerning kidnappings.

As for road, Rivers State has none, even the few reconstructed roads were shabbily done while others has being abandoned. Where do we start from: UST round about to Olu-Obasanjo road has being under reconstruction since 2007, Ada George road is a nightmare, Mgbuogba NTA road is a muddy trap, Igwuruta Eneka Rumuokwurushi road is a dream. Port Harcourt Airport Junction to Owerri road is kidnappers haven, Igbo Etche road, or the ever busy G.U . Ake /Eliozu Airport link road, or the Obiri Ikwerre road.

What about the healt centres, poorly door,

I weep for my dear state.
