1) The man here is NOT Pa Lamidi Apapa. He is younger and Pa Lamidi Apapa is thinner (due to advanced age) than this 'robust cheeks' man.

2) There is nothing to suggest that this is Labour Party Secretariat.

3) Pa Lamidi Apapa was a Trade Union Leader in the Oil &Gas Sector for years (NUPENG) and a former Labour Party Gubernatorial candidate in Oyo State in 2007.
