The region also have many Cities. Almost all the Cities are growing geometrically and including an influx of people from different parts of the region and outside the region. Some of the prominent Cities in the South East Region are as follows;

Nnewi-This is a self made City, a typical village that metamorphosed to a City as a result of Entrepreneural spirit of the people.

Please don't bring tribalism to this thread. The best you can do is to open up a thread and promote your own region. I don't know what some people gains from all this tribal wars. That is not the trade Mark of a progressive society.

Back to my topic

Nnewi is one of the fastest growing Cities in Africa. It is the 3rd largest City in Anambra and has always been regarded as the Japan and Taiwan of Africa because of the industrial strength of the Town in both commerce and Manufacturing.

Also it is regarded as one of the Town with the highest concentration of billionaires. What this means is that Nnewi as a Town has a reasonable number of billionaires than other Towns in Anambra.

Many Igbos in Diaspora are heavily investing in Nnewi. One of the best place to buy Land is Umudim Nnewi. One of the visible Landmarks that is attracting lots of investors is the permanent Site for Nnamdi Azikiwe Teaching Hospital.

An average Yoruba is full of hate, most of them can't even stand you speak another language before them without shutting you up(speaking from experience) but would rather shovel Yoruba/culture down your throat.

Una too envious abeg, it's such a pity that such envy and strife exist in a tribe.

TRIBALISM IS INHERENT IN YORUBA CULTURE.

What we really need to focus on is agriculture. We need to be growing the food we eat. Nigeria is an 'import' country and the South-East is no different.

We also need to implement a more profound reforestation to combat erosion.

There is resurgence of agriculture ever since ESN chased out herdsmen

Good. The next target should be reforestation.

Exactly. Investing abroad is fine (as long as you're also investing back home) but investing anywhere else in Nigeria is futile.
