Garlic works like salt when added to oil (olive/white oils aka ororo).

Just add blended garlic to hot oil, and continue cooking.

I'll try and observe that when next I use it.
I just know that I like the aroma it gives when fried with onions on a low heat.

For stirfry noddles:

Boil with a little salt and drain.

Then sauté chicken breast, shrimps and sausages (not often) with garlic flavoured olive oil.

Thereafter, add my veggies (mix of carrots, Bell peppers (as many colours available), green peas, runner beans and spring onions to the pot. Then add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and oyster sauce. Sometimes add paprika.

Then add the parboiled indomie, mix and serve.

P.S.: I do not add the indomie spices or maggi. I also like to cut my veggies in strips.

P.S.S: I make other types of noddles as the Spirit leads. Peppersoup style, normal noddles with eggs etc. Hubby loves the indomie in black wrap (forgotten the name) and is an expert at making them. Never made them before
