As you meditate and you move from the introductory phase to the intermediate phase, your life will begin to tighten up, you'll change again and again. You'll become smoother, more collected and crazier, in a positive sense. You'll begin to be yourself. There'll be an ease to your being, a deeper joy to your life. You'll see your own eternality. You'll remember a little bit more of who and what you are. And you may never go beyond this point in this life, if you just can meditate regularly. |

The idea that the more potent a man or woman is in the bedroom, the more potent he or she will be in business, is absurd. To begin with, let us consider what being potent means. Is potency the ability to make love for hours on end? Or is potency the ability to satisfy someone sexually? Obviously it is the latter. But potency, in this sense, does not come from performing. The ability to fulfill someone is linked to loving, being sensitive, and being more concerned with making love with than to that person. The macho attitude of having to prove yourself will fulfill neither you nor your partner. When it comes to the bedroom, any performance is a bad performance. The raison d'etre behind tension in sex is that someone cares more about her or his own orgasm than she does about the feelings of the person she is with. As long as this is the attitude of one or both persons who are making love, then they will get very little satisfaction from their sexual encounters. If you are interested in eliminating tension and frustration from your sexual experiences, then become more interested in giving than in receiving. Dont try to shape your sexual encounters simply to suit your own needs, with only a token regard for your partner's. Instead, be open and concerned with your partner's needs as well as with your own. This does not mean that you have to take a self-effacing or submissive attitude. It simply means that you love someone enough to allow your lovemaking to be an expression of your love. |

Life is an inexplicable mystery. God is a jigsaw. Those individuals who have had many, many past lives, usually around 30,000 to 40,000 lives, are drawn into the study of psychic development and self-discovery. Up until that point we don’t know who we are or what we are or where we’re going, and gradually we’re drawn deeper and deeper. We’re drawn to other people who are searching and questing also. We’re drawn to teachers, but I must say that ultimately everything we do, we do ourselves. That is, a teacher is good, but a teacher cannot possibly bring you the deeper understandings of truth. A teacher points the way. If you have a powerful teacher the teacher can shift your attention field, because they have enough personal power to boost you temporarily into altered states of attention, and when they boost you into these altered states of attention you can see and feel and experience them. That’s what I do, but then eventually you will return to your normal, everyday attention unless you then practice the methods that the teacher shows you. If you employ those methods, as the teacher did him or herself, then over a period of time you will store enough personal power so you can access those higher dimensional planes. You can get to those deeper selves, or beyond them, to the totality, that which is beyond explanation, the limitlessness freedom and perfection that is pure being. |

THE WHITE BIRD Picture yourself as a beautiful white bird. Feel that you are flying high up in a cloudless sky. Imagine that you are gently flapping your wings and flying higher and higher until the earth fades from your sight. Now try gliding. Feel that you are floating on the air currents high above this world. Imagine yourself soaring and then swooping down. Feel the perfect freedom of unobstructed flight. You are flying alone high up in the sky. You have flown beyond all of your problems, worries, and difficulties. Fly higher, beyond the sky into space. Fly between the stars and planets. Glide beyond all of the distant heavens until you have flown beyond time and space. Continue flying into worlds unknown. Feel that you are flying now into other dimensions. You are passing through dimension after dimension. Each dimension is a different reality and you have glimpses of that reality as you pass through it. Feel that you are flying through hundreds of different dimensions each minute. As you fly through each dimension, notice your bird body changing. It will assume a different shape in each dimension. Then, after flying through all of existence, return to this world. Fly high up in the sky and then swoop down to your home. Fly back into your room and observe your body as it relaxes. Now re-enter your body. As you do, feel that you are bringing back with you a totally new perspective on existence. All of the freedom and vision you gained from your flight will stay with you now. You have experienced perfect freedom in flight. Your flying has totally relaxed and refreshed-you. |

Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 7:45pm On Jul 11, 2023 |
Mamayam:At the beginning of a meditation session your thoughts will be relatively earthbound; you'll think about yourself, your world, problems, difficulties and anxieties. Then as the meditation evolves, your attention, as it passes into higher realms of consciousness, will cause a resulting change in your thought patterns. Your thoughts will become more pleasant, more creative. You'll think about positive things you can do, good feelings will start to flood your being, feelings of hope, joy. You'll have visual experiences—you may see flashing lights, hear bells, feel energy changes inside your body, have a sense of being weightless, as if you're floating, and feel altogether pleasant. |

Before you start snowboarding down a mountain, visualize that you and your snowboard are part of a singular globe of light. Then, as you descend the slope, continue to hold that image firmly in your mind.Naturally you must keep your eyes open! Watch where you are going at all times! |

It feels wonderful to meditate. Nothing feels better! And after a person has finished meditating, the mind is relaxed, at peace, and filled with bright, luminous energy. |

Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 11:04pm On Jul 11, 2023 |
Well, suppose you were snowboarding down a mountain, and you were practicing mindfulness. Suddenly, your awareness left this world and went to the other side, into the nonphysical dimensions. There your mind merged with a higher dimension of intelligent light, and you then became that dimension. And let us further suppose, that the dimension you became had an independent awareness of its own, an awareness that was far beyond human awareness, an awareness that apprehended life in a totally different way than you are accustomed to. Then you would be aware of your experience as that dimension, only it would be a different ‘you’ that would be aware of it.If you were having a real epiphany, you would be just fine. Your body would continue to do everything perfectly, actually even more perfectly than normal, while your conscious awareness was elsewhere.Your experience on the other side would be only a vague recollection of bright and beautiful light to you, nothing more. And you would suddenly find yourself back in your physical body again, without remembering what your body’s experience had been while your conscious awareness was on the other side. |
Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 11:05pm On Jul 11, 2023 |
Epiphanies are strong meditative experiences. Initially, you will have them when you are meditating, but after you have practiced meditation for several years, your consciousness will become more lucid and you will be able to journey to the other dimensions any time you want or need to. |

There are three primary types of samadhi: salvikalpa, nirvakalpa, and sahaja.Salvikalpa samadhi is a very advanced meditative state in which you will have a brief glimpse of nirvana; it’s an epiphany on a grand scale.Later, when you can attain nirvakalpa samadhi at will, then you will have become enlightened.Sahaja samadhi is fully integrated enlightenment. That is the stateless state of enlightenment that I exist in. In Sanskrit, we refer to it as the dharma kaya, or freely translated, the ‘clear light of reality.' In sahaja samadhi,I don’t have to close my eyes, as one does in nirvakalpa samadhi or salvikalpa samadhi, in order to experience nirvana. In sahaja samadhi Im always immersed in nirvana, whether my eyes are open or shut, or whether Im awake or asleep. |

Always read this: THE BLUE SKY Picture a beautiful blue sky without any clouds in it. As you picture the clear blue sky, feel that your body is growing lighter and lighter. Close your eyes and keep the image of the blue sky in your mind. There are no limits to the blue sky. It stretches endlessly in every direction, never beginning and never ending. As you visualize the blue sky, feel that your body has become so light that you have floated up into the clear blue sky. Feel that you are floating in the sky and that all tension, fatigue, worry, and problems have left you. Relax your mind and allow your breathing to seek its own level. Feel yourself floating gently in the clear blue sky which stretches endlessly in every direction, never beginning and never ending. After several minutes have passed and you feel yourself relaxing, then picture that your entire body is merging with the blue sky. Your body is merging with the peace of the blue sky... Your mind is merging with the tranquility of the blue sky... Feel that you have actually become the blue sky. You no longer have a body or a mind. You have become the infinite blue sky that stretches endlessly in every direction, never beginning and never ending. Feel that you have become the perfect peace and tranquility of the blue sky. Completely let go and experience Total Relaxation. When you feel that you have relaxed for as long as you like, then open your eyes. You will now have a new and deeper sense of peace, relaxation, and poise. This renewed energy, joy, and calm will stay with you as you resume your normal activities. |

Though I'm a Tibetan Buddhist monk, I'm well versed in a variety of different schools of Buddhism. Many Buddhist masters confine themselves to a single Buddhist school of teachings, but it is my feeling that staying within a particular Buddhist school is not that important. I believe that an individual who studies Buddhist yoga and meditation should learn all of what I call the “branches” of the “tree of Buddhist knowledge.” |
Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 11:55am On Jul 14, 2023 |
When you visualize the images used in the Total Relaxation techniques, it is not necessary to see a clear picture of them in your mind. If you cannot picture the images, simply think about them. When other images or pictures come into your mind, ignore them. The core techniques work well the first time you use them, and will work even more effectively with repeated use. |

We have two bodies. We all have a physical body through which we perceive and interact with the physical universe, and we also have an energy body through which we perceive and interact with the nonphysical dimensions. The problem is that our physical body and mind are blatantly unaware of our nonphysical side. You see, our physical person is really the smaller of our two bodies. Our nonphysical side is infinitely greater; it exists simultaneously in many different dimensions. Our nonphysical side is ancient, powerful, and knowledgeable. It is the part of us that exists from one incarnation to another. Within it is housed everything that you have learned in all of your past lives. When you can bring the awareness of your nonphysical body into your day-to-day consciousness, you become a happier and more powerful person. |

Psychic development is really the technical study of how you do that, and how you deal with the changes that are taking place. There’s a big swimming pool out in the back yard. It’s like the swimming pool in Cocoon. It’s filled with some wonderful substance. First you just put your toe in. It changes you a little bit, you feel different. Next day, maybe your foot. Eventually you jump in just for a second. When you come out, you’ve changed. You feel better, everything is clearer, life is shinier. You’re seeing more. You begin to realize that you weren’t seeing most of life. You can step back from fear and pain. You jump in again and you stay in longer and you see that there’s no death. There’s never anything to fear, because you see that what you are is something that doesn’t die. It’s not just an idea, but when you move into other dimensional planes you can actually see your essence, see that it’s eternal and know that this body is just like clothing that comes and goes. |

Whenever you write something, meaning write about a moment of power, if you write about a desert trip that we go on or a meditation that you have or whatever it might be, when you write it down you are pressurizing it, you're compacting it. You're taking all the force and energy of that experience and you're squeezing it into a few words. By doing that, forget about the paper for a moment and the words, but the moments that you are sitting there struggling to do that, you are compressing power, you're storing it. You're taking something that's every large and making it very small. And later you will be able to come back to it when you need it and make it very large again. This is an occult practice, a mystical practice. |
Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 11:59pm On Jul 14, 2023 |
Now, one of the most effective ways to store power is writing because you're engaging your intellect in going over moments of power and as you write them down on a secondary level you're fixing that power in a specific place. |
Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 12:05am On Jul 15, 2023 |
When you build something with your body you store power in it; when you create something, when you build a house or a musical instrument or a floor. You can store power in it. Now, not everybody who builds things does this. Remember, what I'm suggesting is that there is another side to life than that which most people are conscious or aware of and that you can become conscious and aware of that side and that side will bring you freedom and perfection. Whereas the side or the description of life that most people have only causes them eventually to die. Whereas you can go beyond life and death in this world now. You can go beyond being a shadow and become free and luminous and no longer of this world although you will be in it for a time. But today I would not recommend that you build things because we live in an age in which the body is being replaced by the intellect and all of you are intellectuals. You use the mind more than the body; you relate to it more; it's a societal condition. In your description of the world the mind predominates, the body is secondary. In other times the body has been the central focus. One is not better than another, they're different ways of looking at existence. So to store power in this age the mind is the best vehicle. |
Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 12:17am On Jul 15, 2023 |
In our world words are power. Our world is run by words. When you write something - or when you say something, but let's deal with writing at the moment - you compress a level of attention. The reference point are the words. Now if you write a story, you store power. And if you read that story at another time, maybe a year from now or six months from now, a day when you're just not in a good level of attention or a day when you're in a very high level of attention, at that time it will bring that power back to you. You will reenter that moment. Because when you wrote it you compressed power. You're not just going back to the moment. What I'm suggesting is that there was that moment which will always exist which you can return to. But also in the action of writing - as opposed to just thinking about what had happened and not writing it down - in the action of writing you were compressing that moment and actually storing power. And when you read that you will let it open again. Or if someone else reads it of course to a certain extent they will draw the power from that. |
