politicoNG:https://www.channelstv.com/2023/06/10/subsidy-edo-govt-reduces-school-days-to-thrice-weekly/ Edo has started again. This is completely unacceptable. It is against the children of those attending public schools, it has no effect on private schools pupils and students. He could not get school buses to assist the students, teachers and school staff, he is reducing schooling days for a state just trying to get out of scourge of prostitution and Yahoo plus that gained ground among Edo youths. Edo people must reject this idea and work with their govt to ensure these children are in school. If you close to school gate, you open the prison gate! Edo must resist this. It is a recipe to wipe out another generation of eco young ones. Check my signature for free stuffs! 4 Likes |

Phool, how many buses can a government buy? How many millions of citizens commuting in the state can the govt cater for? Now you're saying govt should subsidize transportation, See the confusion? Aren't we still talking subsidy? They will just bobo you guys with vague terms like "palliatives" and you people will forget reality. They deceived you that you're doing something noble for your country by buying petrol at over 500, and you bought the scam. Why aren't they reducing their cost of governance? Why aren't they reducing all their juicy largesse? You're the scape goat. They are clinking glasses because you're the fall guy. And you willingly agreed to take the fall because you're blinded by hate for a certain tribe inoki247: 4 Likes |

Asabe4: Edo State also operates a digitalized system of education called EDOBEST. With this, learning in public schools continues even during holiday. It was effectively used during the COVID-19 period. It is same with the Public Serviceā¦ So, although the formal conventional school environment is opened 3 times a week, teaching and learning is still 5 days a week 2 Likes |

Three days of school in a week. Western Education is Haram. Do we blame the governor? Blame the APC which has ruined Nigeria, made the country to become the POVERTY CAPITAL of the world. Nigeria's voters were rejecting APC in the polls of the last presidential election, but APC through its Mahmood Yakubu, on seeing that APC was losing, dumped the transparent electronic transmission of vote results from BVAS to INEC portal, he bent down to take his vomit by resorting to illegal manual collation of votes results to pronounce APC candidate winner. Mahmood had earlier vowed that no other method except electronic transmission of vote results should be used to conduct the general elections of February 2023. 2 Likes |

[quote author=Asabe4 post=123706530]Subsidy drama Edo children living the dream of other kids I honestly don't think this is a wise move though. Very bad decision. How do you make a child idle for four days in a week. They should have thought this through and come up with a better way of reducing the impact of fuel subsidy on these children and teachers. [/quote.wise teachers will just start home lessons for those days. Make extra money |
