This is sequel to the ongoing investigation of his office and the planned reforms in the financial sector of the economy and missing crude oil funds.

This comes under 24 hours after the former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor, Mr Godwin Emefiele was suspended by the President and arrested by the Department of State Services (DSS).

This is another very good development from mr president giving that the nnpcl's affairs has being embedded in systemic secrecy with next to no regard or consideration for masses oriented policies. This will also allay the insinuations in some quarters of how the president's decision to relieve the erstwhile cbn gov of his duty barely 24hrs earlier as a deliberate target on a certain tribe. These reforms are highly needed. *hoping this ain't fake news*.
