It's mostly the corrosive nature of the pentazocine eating away on the skin...it's not meant to be given intradermal.

My friend used this same drugs and he died last two weeks.

The injury is as a result of when you missed the place to inject. It started with swelling arms and when the veins are exhausted, you began looking for tissues. Just that I'm my friends case, he was injecting on his laps till he died. I could share the picture but then it's too graphic.

Simple advice, please stop as soon as you can of not immediately. It's very additive I know but you need to go to hospital and flush your system

First of all,you wouldn't have been given penta at all. The best way to surmount your fears is to face them.

Now, the damage has been done. No need for blames. Substance use is usually difficult to treat but the most important thing to do, which in effect is the right step towards getting treated is that you are aware of your problem, its cause & now ready to get help.
I must say you have done well. You will get treated.

Secondly, now that you are ready for help, I hope you won't be disappointed if you are asked to go to a psychiatry clinic? They are trained to handle substance use disorders. You will get the best form of care by visiting any psychiatrist close to you.
Lastly, this is a lesson learnt. Your pharmacist friend didn't help you at all. Next time, try consulting a doctor for your health needs.

But help got you into this. This is true with many help humans offer.

Read the Bible. Research out Jehovah witness people (I am not a member but they give some sound advice to life). Go hiking. Take a bike around the country and educate people with you has an example. Tell people the truth always about your situation. Don’t ever be ashamed when you fail in your rehabilitation.
Go for an intensive passion. Travel around all states with your kid or a supportive friend.
Just open up and do something intensive and distracting with a supportive family member or friend.

I have a sister who is a sickler. She started taking this pentazocine because of pains but it later got out of control. She self injected her hips and thigh that it was about to rotten. We checked her into rehab centers but she always relapse once she is out of there in fact it was a total waste of money. We took her to so many places but the withdrawal pains was always unbearable. Until one day someone abroad recommended a drug to us. It was difficult to get the drug because of its scarcity but we later got it and She started taking it, the withdrawal pains subsided in 2 days and after 1 week she was completely cured of the addiction. She said that how she felt in 2 days while taking the drugs was how she felt in 3 months wen she was at the rehabilitation center, no cravings, no withdrawal pains.
She is 4 years clean now.

Quit this stuff and switch to moderate alcohol intake when the withdrawal symptoms get unbearable. Highness should help you overcome the withdrawal effects. This has never been tested so it's an advise for a trial.

It's actually the injection I'm taking not the drugs, it's the part on my arms that I'm injecting it that turns to wounds, it starts healing when I stop taking it there but I kept going back there when I can't find any veins to inject it. I'm stopping today. I hid it by from everyone but I had to start exposing myself as the first step to get help. I have informed my friend to take me to hospital if I'm not able to manage the withdrawal symptoms

Wait o, you are seeing the injury caused and still injecting? Even that your friend that's supplying you isn't really your friend. Go for rehab or at least move to a place you will never get access to the drugs. There are so many productive things to do with your time and energy not injecting yourself slowly to death.

You know nothing about addiction. People telling an addict to stop his addiction means nothing. It is extreme strong will, medical treatment or the grace of God that can stop it.

There's a spirit that aids addictions. I feel you might have to be delivered. Pls turn to God, repent, renounce this act, forgive any grudges you're holding against anybody and then ask God to forgive you too. Then rebuke the spirit of addiction and believe it. Be really intentional about it or you can seek a genuine man of God to help deliver you. After this, go for treatments and you'd be fine. But pls and pls after you're ok, don't stop following God.
