As regarding the case mentioned above, Let me say May Allah make it a forgotten ailment in your body.
i will ask you to immediately look for Clove Oil, and rub it gently on the affected part. a. any time no need bath nothing.
if you do dot see it go to any central Masjid ask for alfas selling islamic Medcine. it is 100% sure to get it from them.
it cures so many itching cause by fungi, and so on.

It's a fungal growth due to moisture down there.
But TRIBOTAN. Apply evey morning. Also get dusting powder. Use after evening shower before sleep

An antibiotics you are taking is giving you that reaction. Quit it for 3 weeks and see what happens

It's the residue of your sperm that sticks to your laps after masturbating.

Take special attention to wash that place with soap and water. Wear a condom whenever you want to masturbate or ensure washing your body immediately after masturbating.

@Op: Try to be shaving often. Stop carrying bushes around, it creates breeding ground for fungal infestation.

That looks like tinea cruris (jock itch). A topical antifungal like ketoconazole can help.

If you can try this, you will notice the difference. Apply shea butter on the affected area morning and night after bath you will observe positive effect within a week.

I've gone through all the comments on the thread and I wish to say thank you all for the positive feedbacks and to the people who dissed and insulted me, thank you too. I don't even have the strength to trade words with anyone.

I hardly have sex. Hardly ever; and for the record, I'm a guy. I be man o! I only held my scrotum and d*ck up so I can snap beneath.

I'll be going for an infection test tomorrow, preferably one for the STI, staph aureus.

Meanwhile, I think I should get an anti-fungal cream to apply pending when the test results comes out and I'll also purchase new boxers tomorrow and discard the current ones.

You most likely have this from semen contact with your skin that you didn't wash or clean properly.
It will get itchy and uncomfortable pretty soon if not already.
