Supporters Of IPOB & Boko Haram Must Be Expelled From Nairaland by EmeeNaka: 12:26pm On Jul 04, 2023 |
Since the Inception of IPOB-ESN, it is clear that the group's terrorist inclination is not different from Boko Haram. IPOB-ESN &Boko Haram has been blacklisted by the Federal government as a terrorist organisation It is however, horrible to note that Nairaland and other Social media space has provided a fertile ground for IPOB to fester their criminal acts. Nairaland, as a Nigeria media space, must take the step to expel all individuals that have defended IPOB-ESN and Boko Haram. Nairaland is a Nigerian owned organisation and should not allow itself to be used by those unscrupulous individuals to propagate IPOB-ESN and Boko Haram propaganda. It is cruel to still allow anyone who has directly or indirectly spoken in supporting of IPOB or Boko Haram to continue to post in this group and using this same media to threaten a section of Nigeria It represents a Mockery of their victims. Nairaland must use their medium to punish criminals and present their platform only for thr purpose of condemnation of a Crime. It is also worthy to note that Boko Haram supporters are not given the opportunity of promoting their campaign in Nairaland. So, it is an insidious treachery to allow IPOB members to continue to enjoy a freedom of criminal information in this platform. @Mynd44 @Seun. 2 Likes |

What I find about Nigerians is that rather than ask what will bring peace, they go back to doing what will bring more violence The person who started this thread can never ask how Nigeria got to where it is today. He doesn't realise that it using heavy handed unjust and unconstitutional methods he is suggesting is what made Boko haram to take up arms. It is also why Niger Delta Delta Militants took up guns You don't fight fire with fire, or you will cause more fire. Insecurity in Nigeria has gone beyond what the Nigerian military can solve, only negotiation can solve it 5 Likes 1 Share |

TheboyGhost:The FG has blacklisted IPOB-ESN and Boko Haram. You have no reason to support them. And Nairaland has no reason to empower them by providing them space to carry out their propaganda. 2 Likes |

gidgiddy: They think this way because of the way they see Nigeria and the position of Ndigbo within it….especially in relation to the position of their own ethnic group! They see Ndigbo as a ‘conquered’ people not to be placed on the same pedestal as them….a people who should keep quiet and accept all given and done to them by the ‘owners of Nigeria’ and their southern cheerleaders! Notice how they fear and despise Mazi Kanu….both in equal measure! It shouldn’t come as a surprise that almost ALL who think this way are majorly from two ethnicities and have a specific political leaning! |

Nairaland should actually be paying people for enduring all the venomous toxicity coming from people like the Op. Imagine the bigotry, the hate, the ignorance, mischief, fake news, immaturity and many more delinquencies. There is no reasonable social media site without an option to block people they don't want to interact with accept Nairaland.com. To Seuń and Co, we are the commodities to cash out on. What a pity. 1 Like |
