Such programmes run for sometime for people to adjust....sometime up to 2 3 years.

If you used to earn say 35k. FG palliative 5k. Your employer gives you salary raise of say 10k....maybe FG introduce subsidized transport so your transport didn't significantly increase...maybe your kids got student loan so you don't have to worry about school feed....etc
With all these palliative given to someone for say 2 years....won't they adjust?...
