Foodbanks like we have in the West should be established in all local government councils, churches, religious centers etc were people can freely go and eat hot meals twice a day to ameliorate the Acidic hardship in Nigeria, that is one way to address the hunger problem currently bedeviling the country

Sweetener - N50

The above would last you for 3 days if soaked wisely. Then use the remaining N500 to knack olosho for obalende under bridge.

People just dey mention beans... I cooked 2 dericas last night...eat it that night and today morning...is remaining little that am thinking if it can take me through the night....how una dey eat beans tire? cos this days beans no dey make me drink much water like when growing up

You can buy tomatoes, onion, pepper, N200, then seasoning/maggi of N150, oil N150, and make a stew that will last for 3 days, then buy raw rice of N500 or N300 and N200 local made spaghetti (taliyar hausa), that’s if you’re living in northwest
