Penguin2: @Penguin2 Nobody is saying that people did not die during the EndSars in Lagos State just as in other state, What we are against is the propaganda of how 100s of people were killed by Soldiers @ Lekki tollgate. All the policemen killed when their station was attacked & people killed when businesses were attacked, are they not victims? Don't preempt the government announcement, wait for what the government will say without twisting it to suit your on narratives. |

Funflipper: Lagos state has already confirmed that there were indeed 103 bodies picked up at the same time that #EndSars protests happened. According to them, NOBODY came forward to identify any of the bodies. Let's examine this statement: 1. There were indeed 103 bodies. That fact has been established 2. Three incidents were mentioned: A. EndSars Protests B. Community clashes C. Jailbreak 3. Nobody cared to identify their relatives when invited. Take note of this. Lets investigate: 4. Out of the 3 events mentioned, which ones were likely to result in unnamed casualties? EndSars protests and Community clashes. Jailbreak is eliminated here because jailed people have names and if there was a jailbreak and the persons ended up dead, they will be compared to records of jailed people and identified. Usually when there is a jailbreak, the names of the persons who broke out of jail are widely circulated on the media. 5. Out of the remaining 2 incidents, which one is likely to result in the public refusing to come and identify their family members? Well, to be fair, both of them can result in unidentified victims, but something else stands out here. According to the government, NOBODY, not a single person, came forward to identify any of the victims. Which incident among the 2 was likely to result in NOBODY coming forward? The only plausible incident here is #EndSars. Why? Because the event was criminalized and the participants were being haunted down, people went into hiding including known people like DJ Switch who said they witnessed the horrors. Adding these things altogether including investigations by foreign media that corroborated eyewitness accounts, you should be able to draw conclusions |

success4me:So you haven’t seen govt’s reply? You didn’t read them acknowledging the contract but saying that the bodies are unclaimed bodies of EndSARS victims after govt made public announcements for those looking for their loved ones to come and check the bodies. Are you saying wives of police officers couldn’t go to claim the bodies of their husbands? |

Why now? Is this a threat in case Nigerians are thinking of protesting fuel prices? |

Demogorgon: Thanks for this. I wish family members tried to claim the bodies. Very sad indeed. |
