What the hell is political science? Do social work please . They make a lot of money in the U.K. even more than nurses. Some social workers earn up to £4k + in a month.

Social work has better career prospect than political science. Don't be deceived. As a social worker, you can easily travel abroad. They are many social welfare jobs home and abroad that will need your services. NGOs too will need you.

Just apply for masters degree abroad after school and get full funded scholarship. You can also learn a programming language, nursing or ICAN while in school.

go for social work you can work in diverse sector like healthcare, education, philanthropy, community service, sports, you can even join the police force in Nigeria or anywhere in the world, even if you intend to further your studies like having a master's degree you can also branch out to other field like project management, business manager especially when you have an MBA etc a degree in social work can set you up for a career in other fields.

it depends on your future plans or career prospect, after having a first degree in social works, you can do an MBA program, I prefer you do an MBA after social works or you can have a degree also in project management whichever you choose a first degree in social works can set you up for diverse career path, especially outside Nigeria.

in my opinion, I think if you intend to stay in Nigeria I think an MBA my be best, but if you intend to work outside Nigeria I think a social work postgraduate degree might be best especially if you have a specific sector you would like to work, like healthcare you can specialize in social work in public health care or something, but if you of course, have other career path like you want to work in a financial institution or something then an MBA is best overall it depends on your skill set and what your dreams are, what career path do you think you would love most and find fulfillment in?

I still prefer social worker to political science

With social worker, you can work in the hospitals and old people's home as care giver abroad
