Therefore, the only issue to be negotiated is drawing up of a timetable to return Niger to democratic rule as soon as possible. That's where President Tinubu's choice of Gen. Abdusalam as leader of delegation is excellent. He has worked this same road and successfully handed over to a democratically elected government.
